I have a tendency to go down rabbit holes —and come out with a business.

Today that business is Heizma, which I co‑founded in 2024 with Michael Kowatschew and Valentin Perkonigg. We replace fossil heating in Austrian homes with heat pumps, solar, batteries and energy communities, run on Optima, the energy management system we build ourselves. Bootstrapped to €10M+ in sales in the first year; 2,000+ systems deployed and a team of 80+ today.

Before that I started Coinpanion at 21, still at university in Vienna: crypto investing as simple as an ETF. 25,000 customers in Austria, Germany and Poland, a team of 40, €6M raised, sold to Altify in 2023.

On the side I back early-stage founders through morgen ventures. What I enjoy most is figuring out how something works, going deep, and turning that into products, processes and systems that run without me.
